Well, MAYBE the other folks will back out or not get the house for some OTHER reason. I'll keep my fingers crossed! And if they DO get it, it just means that wasn't the house (special as it is) that was meant to be yours & Todd's. So don't be discouraged! (Psssst, Marty.
