Feeling Groovy!

I'm feeling groovy using some of my new craft supplies along with some of my very old supplies.

This week I played along with the Mojo Monday Sketch #287.

Here's the card I made:

I used steampunk embossing folder by Darice and embossed a piece of silver packaging.  Recycling is Groovy, right?  I also recently purchased the Silver Studded Gelly Gems Roll-ups (studded mesh) and was excited to use it on a project.  The stamp is from Autumn Leaves.  The background paper was a gift and I don't know what collection it's from.

Feeling Groovy, Gears, and studs, seem to "mesh" together nicely.
Oh, ha ha.  I make such funny jokes.

Okay... during the making of this card, I accidentally ate some crafting products.
I used Tim Holtz Walnut Stain distress pad to add some dimension to the gears.  The paper is non-porous, so I don't think the ink dried all the way and it got on my fingers.
Then, I used white glue to attach the studded mesh, I used my fingers to spread it on the back.
Can you see where this is going?  I had a messy build up on my fingers and for some reason, my stupid brain made me stick my finger in my mouth to bite off the build-up.
It tasted horrible.  I thought I was going to die from the bad taste alone.

It's 24 hours later and I'm still alive, so these products are safe to eat, but I wouldn't recommend it.
