Todd noticed these snowflakes on ice on our front steps railing. I quickly dusted off my SLR and grabbed some close-up filters (+7 total) and shot away. I took many photos, but this one is probably my favorite. I love the detail of the solitary snowflake on the greenish ice. You can click on the photo to make it larger.
Sorry iPhone, today I had to get out the big guns.

Great shot! I love the detail and the fact that you can actually see the snowflake. We don't get much snow in Australia! ;-)
