Check out this new card I made for the Skipping Stones Designs Sketch Challenge #123.
It was a fun sketch to work with using one of my favorite stamp sets. I really love hot air balloons. I colored it with a mixture of Bic markers, Sharpie markers, and colored pencils. The fake ribbon strip at the bottom is actually a piece of scrap paper from my stash.
